The IDF use a different pulley and mouting bracket, than the DRLA carbs. PM me if interested.

Pete, the system is great-- thanks for putting one together for my non-stock application. I just received the car back from NOH2O at DTM Engineering who performed the installation, and it's really transformed the system. Plus, I was able to lose the unattractive Raby alternator stand w/filler neck that the previous bell-crank linkage mount was welded to-- in favor of a custom job from the gents at DTM Engineering. I hope you do very well with this product-- it's certainly deserving.

Wow. I was going to post a picture of my engine with Pete's system installed on my Cali-converted 1.7 this week but how am I supposed to impress after the above picture?
That engine bay is amazing. Very nicely done.

looks good dave,i really want one of those gilmore kits (it may be my next purchase) davey mac and smiff do great work. i think im gonna try and talk em outta one of those slick alternator mounts. btw missed you at eurofest and the after party at my house.

Thanks Laz, sorry that I missed the show in Spartanburg. I went to high school in Greenville, SC-- so it would have been interesting. The Gilmore kit needed tons of love from the DTM boys-- so be sure to let NOH2O fill you in on what you'll be up against with a T4. Gilmore needs to package it with Pete's cable system, because the linkage around the compressor was half the battle.

I have already spoken with danny (wrench&ride247) he looked at my stuff and did a little figuring and already has a good idea about how he is gonna fab a bracket. the engine and tranny are coming out over the winter for the quaife to be installed. so maybe it will be a good time to get a start on the install.maybe next year on the Eurofest 2011. btw i drove the m5 4 laps at the test track for $40. a pretty good deal.

Thanks for the kind words from all. I'm glad Pete's Sync Link system is working well for you Dave. I think that everyone who has installed this linkage is very glad they did. I know love mine. I have a pile of cross-bar, center pull and bell-crank stuff I was hanging on to. I now think it is all junk and I need to take it all to a swap meet and get rid of it.

Well then...
...The initial setup will be for a dual Weber T4 upright in the bus. I will eventually upgrade to fuel injection via dual throttle bodies, but I am not sure how long down the road that will be.
