Well, it's time to use the "heat removal" method.
The most easy to have is a propane torch but if you have oxy-acetylene torch is better.Heat with low heat the case around and under (if possible) the head stud for max of 30 sec but no less than that.Have the stud already double nutted and the engine case secured (engine stand?) and try to undo.If it does not spray again some PB Blaster to the threads and let it sit for 2-3 min try again if does not come out re-heat again.Usually all come out this way in the WBX engine cases that is far more tough than to t1/4.
