two different primer colours question.

Need help straightening that dent? Or painting your car? This is the place to be!

spray the area with high build or just use a long block to feather it?

would be best to lightly block what you have then spray the high build then guide coat and block.

one more thing... I never wet sand until the final sanding right before paint. I usually dry block until the end.Moisture produces rust whether you can see it or not. Then after wet sanding blow dry forever then let sit at least all night.

Thanks a bunch.

As far as drying goes, I leave a ceiling fan on along with the furnace so the car dries for a while after...

Long overdue update!
Update, June 3rd
After another coat of medium build primer, and quite a bit of elbow grease, she's off to the paint shop for some fresh coats of Silverstone Gray! Whoohooo!!! :D :D :D

I got a call yesterday that she's all painted up. :D
I get to see it today when it gets hauled back to town.

really looks good in the pictures. to get it even better you could sand and buff it but it looks good the way it is. congratulations.
