Thanks Petew, Madmike has helped me out quite a bit already! We did determine that my 45dcoe13 Weber has only 2 progression ports when most other Weber sidedrafts have 3 or even 4. I found some dimensions from people drilling the extras hole/s and I might try that in the future.
Krochus, if i remember correctly you went straight to megajolt and not the black box?

Correct. I kept finding too many failure reports with the black box to fell good enough to buy one. Plus just about any semi modern wasted spark coil is quite a bit spicier than what you’d use with a dizzy.
In my experience with that transition I’m going to venture to say you can whip a lot of your drivability issues with ignition mapping even if the fueling is not quite optimal.
Btw I’m removing my Megajolt stuff from one of my v dubs to go EFI with LS coils FYI
