It's a form of pvc plastic :) , I should show a pic of the backside so you can see the pvc glue, I got material
from work , leftover from some job we worked on, so it was free :) , thanks Bill D.

Yes , it's GM vacuum pump , I was thinking of a mechanical vacuum pump (to much work & I didn't want to run it fulltime ) I got the idea off some fourm for an electric vacuum pump but theirs was with some kind of switch , I talked to Mario (dubshop) about running it off the MS2 , He said we could :D , it programmed to
turn ON & OFF at a adjustable preset RPM , this is to help with ring seal I hope , thanks Bill D.

Sounds like an old tractor when it idles. Great throttle response, great stuff.

So cool Bill! I love it. And to think it's not tuned yet already scares me

Whats the exhaust on that?? sounds smooth and quiet on cruise (cam breaking video) then really barks with a nice rasp when you get on it...

Thank you wombat, the tractor sound is the old school arias pistons  , the JE I ran in my previous builds were quieter,
if I'd know they would be this loud  , they'd still be sitting on the shelf , I'm hoping they will quiet down as the motor gets
warmer , I've noticed this motor runs cooler with ms & twinplugs , in the 1st video it (cam breakin) it ran a bit warmer with distributor,
single plugs , carbs , & 11 to 1 compression with racing gas ( didn't want to chance it ), by the 3rd video it was premium pump (e10)
with maximum 24 degrees settings (still needs lots of tuning both ignition & injection) thanks Bill D.

If the noise becomes to much ( time will tell /installed in car ) I still have
the JE pistons :) (was saving for another project  )

Thanks andy ,
It's 1 7/8 tangerine 4-2-1 exast system from CFRacing I bought (special order )years ago 2007-2008 , I've learned it needs a
better muffler less restrictive, (not in the budget at the moment) I believe it was the first 1 7/8 tangerine unit he made for a 914,
the price has increased since I bought mine (8 years ago ) thanks Bill D.

I setup my forged non offset wiseco super squish pistons fairly loose on the skirt clearance. It sounds terrible the first minute I run it then they warm up (then they quiet as stock).
