Those look cool! I don't have an injector retaining clip integrated into my design. I like it!

I'm torn. Should I stick with my initial plan of using O-ring sealed fittings or stick to 1/4" NPT. The NPT fittings are about $3 each. The o-ring fittings are about $10 each. I'm leaning toward the NPT to keep conversion cost down.

How would you do it?

Some of each? The NPT is cheap and simple. The ORB allows for 1/2"-1" less total width (including the hose-end), if space is a concern.

Here is my thought. I can have the ports drilled for a 7/16-20 port, which is a .39" hole. This would leave it open to both sizes and I could finish it either way before shipping.

Here is the new geometry to save on some machining cost. Pictured with -6 o-ring fittings. Making sure they fit because they are much larger.

will there be enough space for the fittings to tighten next to each other?

That's tight!!!!

What if the fitting bottoms out tight when the high point is vertical on both fittings??

These are the 0-ringed fittings. They offer a little give in positioning.

Can you post a link to the fitting?

This would be the 0-ring fitting type

This would be the NPT fitting type

Sorry I didn't get to your email today. I'll try to get to it tomorrow :)
