aaah that was what i was thinking also.... and a "8.5:1" with e85 is in the range for some nice performance i guess.

one more question, the stadard ecu, does it accept other injectors or does all just go putz then ? i know the tricks of manufacturing bigger AMM´s from my volvo "tuning" adventures for compensating the bigger CC´s that i need

As long as they are high impedance , it should work.

Digijet and it's children aren't easily tunable... And have NO idea of boost for spark control.
(OK, they have a 1:1 pressure regulator, but no ignition mapping)
Even an MS1 would be a HUGE upgrade, esp. for turbo use.
Kudos if you know how to adapt higher flow Volvo bits, but a MS1 box and harness costs about what a good used (guaranteed) AFM goes for around here, and can deal with 2 bar and any sane injector you can throw at it, and you can tweak the ignition map to your hears content, have boost control, traction control, etc etc.

just enquiring for just being able to start the engine without the hassle of building a harness and box.
shippingcosts from your side of the pond makes it hard to justify just buying one kit from any of the ms dealerships over there.
preassembled units here isn´t really what you call cheap either.
