You can let it soak in seafoam Pour it it outlet let sit also you can try push starting it with a blow gun on inlet with power on. If it's been sitting probally has old gas varnish in it I got an old one goin that way
And you can un bend all those tabs and pull the whole thing out the top a o ring seals it in then bend em back after you clean it up
It's pretty time consuming But if you stuck it will do Sometimes

Before replacing anything, have a look at the negative post on the battery. There should be a long brown wire coming in from the passenger side connecting to the battery negative. Make sure it did'nt get pulled off accidently or a no start situation will result. This is the ECU ground and one of the most overlooked problems when troubleshooting a F/I bug. Hope this helps.
