I gave myself the name stealth67vw because I was building a 230hp flanged cranked/CE headed 48 IDA engine and my wife, now ex wife thought I was rebuilding my 1776. She didn't know the difference between a baby dell and an IDA. My work would give overtime and bonus checks seperate from my regular payroll check so she was none the wiser. I built the $9000 engine right under her radar.

Mine is from my all time carb choice 40 IDF Weber. Always had good luck with 'em. Back in the day, you could pick up a pair-new-for $199 bucks with manifolds, linkage, air cleaners ... etc. With the addition of an LM1 from Innovate and some brainstorming with Mark Harney and John Connolly, these carbs never cease to amaze me. Best thing to ever come out of Italy ... well there's Ferrari ... and Alfa ... and Maserati, well anyway ... 40 "eyes" are my choice.

Hmmmm, let's see... I live in the desert and the rest is self-explanatory.
... and to go totally off-subject, a friendly reminder to everyone if you have a pet or pets. Give them attention when you can, because when they are gone all that is left are the memories.
My very special girl, Jelly, passed away on Christmas Eve and it is amazing on how much you wish you had more time. Thankfully, we will have a ton of memories and pictures... but nothing can replace having her right here. Definately time will heal, but enjoy them when they are here...
THE BEST GIRL EVER... Jelly-Roll

well as my name dictates i do run like a penguin, my legs are mest up, im really tall and its all in the legs, like as tall as brad legs and one of the down sides of that is auskid slauters (spelling is wrong) its where you shins pull apart from your knees, yeah its painfull. so i over came that and for somereason my legs point out, so i have the awesome ability to turn my feet all the way around, from toes touching in front of me to toes touching behind me. yeah its weird.
but that is not why my name is runslikeapenguin, i do infact run linux in case no one noticed

Well that is at least part true...My name is richard... so i could be rich for short
But for real, I go by Rick and when i was younger my sisters called me Ricosuave (no jokes about the song please?) And when i got my first SN i thought it was cool. Never changed it. Added on the 1987 cause thats the year i was born.
