So I've put a few hundred miles on the avs2 and it's all but perfect. Actually, its all but back to the earlier edelbrock performance! Haha. 21.6mpg on my last fill up that was mostly around town driving and a little over a half dozen full throttle 3rd gear pulls to red line for secondary tuning. Our local Dyno shop (KPowered) is going to do a dyno day soon, so I may take over to see what it's putting to the ground. I'm guessing just over 200.

So been awhile but I thought I’d add to my thread. Engine is now a 2332 running an lbc2 cam. Was still draw through on fitech, but am now switching over to batch fire port injection, blow through, and adding an intercooler (will keep the water/meth) as well. Work has been coming along nicely.

Now 2332 port blow through! Edelbrock 600*NOW WITH FITECH! on my daily 2276
Just read back through the last page or so of posts and realized I hadn’t updated this thing in quite a while! So…
I went back to Fitech and put all the injectors back in the throttle body where they come from fitech and it ran great! Been running this way for some time now. The only issue with this is it is nothing more than an electronic carb and ignition system. Meaning it still can’t handle cold starts due to the injectors being so far away from the heads and the throttle reaction when going full throttle was a bear at times. So I decided to go the blow through route and now have all injectors facing the valves in plenums and using a 2” center section. My new goal: 300hp to the tires on pump gas (91 chevron). I’m thinking 18-20psi should do it. With the intercooler and water/meth (if needed) it should keep the intake charge down nice and cool. I’m adding pics through my phone and it’ll only allow me one pic at a time, so bear with me.
