no seriously, my intake has to be re-done because the alloy baseplate I made for it didn't bond with the stainless 90° bends I glued on there.

picked up a piece of rectangular stainless and gonna make the baseplate again ands get it welded

keeps a man bussy while waiting for it's tuner...

Good.news, the dellorto jets are in!

Going to deliver the car at my tuners shop on monday! Hopefully it is tuned tilll maybe the end of the week. Unless we hit a problem. Hope everything holds up as this is the first mayor fabricating job ive done on my engine. Gettin kinda nervous....

Had to bring my second carb to the shop because the spring in the accelerator pump was missing in the one mounted on the car.
Engine started up verry easy after we switched them.
It ran basicly fine with an 160 main and 75 idle

Maybe on the dyno tommorow. I hope so anyways.

What do you guys advise for the distributor?
Locked or not and at what degrees?

Soooo, made 119.3 hp and 174 Nm at the crank.
On the dyno, at the wheels 107 hp and 165nm.

ONLY AT 4PSI....

must at least double that pressure with a custom made Supercharger pulley.


Mains now 220 and idle 160 or 170. Cant remember. When i go pick the car up i'll ask what jetting exactly.


Verry happy. Full torque at under 2000rpm

We test on lambda values, got 0.8 on idle then a half second to 1.1-1.2 and then it goes back to 0.8 -0.9

But i onlu ran it half a kilometer. Probably gonna pick em up tommorow! Wil be able to give more info then.

Searching for someone to make me a Supercharger pulley. Smaller in diameter and with a 5rib pattern.

An idea to make a new pulley is to machine down the org pulley into a hub to which you bolt down a new 5rib pulley.

That's great!

I'd find a local machine shop who could do it for you. Either than, or check out some wreckers and find a pulley the size you want then have it altered so it fits.
