tell the truth, you lost control doing donuts in the parking lot..........

We have not had enough snow for some great donuts

I was actually drifting a corner in the snow.... got too cocky

well I figured I'd update this, since no one else is. Back in june I swung by BBoudy's place to ask for some help diagnosing my wheel hop by following me w. a camera. didn't help, althought I did figure it out eventually (too much motor, not enough trans mount, followed by a solid mount kit that kept loosening itself) We did get some fun footage of messing around in his cul-de-sac and I figured I'd document what has happened. this video (MUTE it, the sound of me holding the camera is awefull and grating) shows what itlooked like back then, after he headbutt the windshield out in a fit of rage, but before he got his new tires. He'll need to post pics for you t osee those, I don't have any.

a few weeks later a large tree branch would fall and dent the roof in and chip most of the paint, the same storm that brought down a tree limb into the side of my new bus actually, that storm had it out for VWs. he has since touched up the paint, but the damage survives. maybe he'll post something up.
He's currently playing w/ the little things, and could use some new fenders, anyone got most of a fiberglass kit they wanna send downstream? I think we were talking about doing a bus CV joint upgrade, notch the plates and then lift spindles and disk brakes when the money gets good. Franz is a mean street machine!
