What about a forum for just kit cars, dune buggies, or anything else bult from vw parts?

I'll second that! This site is fantastic, but as a new fiberglass buggy owner I'm finding a serious lack of internet resources for 'glass bodied cars. I would love to see some space here devoted to kit cars and buggies. I am sure there would be a lot of support from the users. Only one way to find out,eh?
