hi i have a 73 super with adjust a struts and tapered springs can i fit a 16x6 porsche boxter wheel with 50 mm offset or do i need a spacer also the rears are 16 x 7 with 40mm offset what kind of spacer will i need

If you had MaXX struts, I'm not so sure you would need spacers for the front or back. I'd give Jon at TopLine a call. I'm sure he has seen it many times over.

Dunno about the tapered spring
I run a V Force strut similar to a Topline

Sould like the wheels i have
16" x 6" 50ET with 195 55 series front
16" x 7" 40ET with 225 50 series rear

As for spacers the rears wont need them

The fronts "may" need about 3-4mm
The only reason is the grease cap and speedo nipple
You can "dome" the cap and i drilled a hole in the centre of the cap to fit over the speedo cable
If you aint running caps then no problem

I use to run 6" 36 ET and they wre probably at the outer limit
So the range is 14mm between the 50ET and the 36ET
You could fit a 1/2" spacer and the caps will fit perfectly
