logging in
Since moving to the new server, I have to log in sometimes 2-3 times in a row. It's happened to me 5 times since the move. It happened to me a few minutes ago.
And I just found out it has the effect of making ALL new posts like I've already read them or marked them read.
Any thoughts?

On your login page, does the address bar say .COM or .NET?
If you log in under .NET you will be kicked off when rerouted to .COM
Also, clear your cache.

it's comKelley wrote:.net, i guess it kicks me off. So which is it now, .net or .com? I'll change it as soon as I know.
Cache is always cleared, or at least enough so that navigation and page load in isn't a problem.
Hot, humid air is less dense than cooler, drier air. This can allow a golf ball to fly through the air with greater ease, as there won't be as much resistance on the ball.

Yes, default behavior of all browsers is to "cache" websites. This means if you visit a website once, it will download the page and next time you request the page the website will be loaded from this local cache that resides on your computer instead of re-downloading it from the web. This helps speeding up your web surfing experience.
CTRL+F5 basicly bypasses the cache and re-downloads the webpage from the net.

Clear your cookies before loging in because I`m sore that there is a conflict between the cookies.Kelley wrote:Since moving to the new server, I have to log in sometimes 2-3 times in a row. It's happened to me 5 times since the move. It happened to me a few minutes ago.

Re: logging in
Samething for me, once I logged in it still said .com. I just did Control F5 to make sure. I use CC Cleaner and SpyBot once a day so it should not be a not a stored cookie issue. It worked I'm not logged off each time I go to board Index anymore. The old dog learned something new today!

Re: logging in
I talked to soon it just logged me out. Clicking on board index or return to the previous page when looging in from a new post to a subject email seems to be the culprit.
