I just bought one off you the other day on ebay. Thanks for the message letting me know you had posted it. I meant to ask you, will it have the rubbers seals on the reservoir as per picture.

Cheers, Kevin

I have a 75 Super Beetle that currently has a stock remote brake fluid resrvior in the trunk.
How is this different/better than the stock one?

Thanks,
Randy

Randy: No leaks - There's no hose connnections and the caps seal perfectly. They are a larger so they hold more brake fuild and you can use a low level fuild sensor cap on them. It gives a cleaner look in the trunk for the customs Beetles by removing the old reservoir, or if you have a single curcuit master cylinder like the older beetles and are converting to a dual master cylinder the reservoirs were in a different location and you don't have to create a spot for the new remote reservoir. The offroad guys with a one piece front ends, don't have to mess with moving the remote resevoir and the same with the fiberglass buggies. The standard Beetle uses either the Volvo or the Rabbit reservoir depending on the size of the inlet holes on the master cylinder. Neither fit the Super Beetle though, the spacing between the inlet holes on the Super are farther apart.
