Funny thing is, its an engine build by Heinz Willbald and hence has his initials: HWT(uning) 2.0
Its the first type 4 conversion set that was ever developed (by Riechert) in the early seventies!

Can someone help me find the really nice picture of a horizontal fan conversion with CF shroud.
I am not sure but think it was a LA Performance conversion.
I think the car was peach coloured and the engine bay was just very nice.
I was almost sure it was on this thread but can not find it here or any other thread. Tried the search function with several inputs but no luck.

If we talk about the CF fan shroud kit, it is not a one off. It is sold by LA Performance UK
Your answer is in these pages as Lee has both posted his link and a picture of the fibergalss version. Although in a very ugly yellow color and not chromed fixtures, it is the same kit.
As per my information, the price for the CF kit is UK punds 550. That is today USD 1100.

Just stumbled across the Riechert site. Does the horizontal setup cool well?MASSIVE TYPE IV wrote:I also have an engine that is going to be using the horizontal set up from Riechert (mainly for packaging and the overall application) so we'll be able to gain crucial data during this engine's testing that will be done in the latter part of 2007..
