Wireing one bulb turn signals

Post by buguy »

I installed 1950 Pontiac tail lights on my bug and I dont know how to wire the turn signals into it. They are a one bulb, and I did get the tail and brake lights to work. This is on a stock 65 bug, with stock turn signal lever. Anyone know how to do this. Im sure they are the same as the 59 Caddy light alot of people have.

'65 was intended to work with 3 separate bulb filaments: Tail, Brake, Turn.

By great coincidence, I have a page about this problem on my web site:

Another option may be a "trailer light" converter package; you can find these
at auto parts stores.
