Since u have swapped tje injectors to bigger ones, did u adjust the AirFlowMeter or replaced it with a bigger one to compensate for the extra fuel?
I use the Malpassi BTR and the spring in the AFM to adjust the fuel, 3,2bar fuelpressure and 5 clicks on the spring in the AFM is the current setting and it works fine!

Thanks!

I would guess that i have about 140-145hp now, with a bit more boost perhaps i can get 150-160hp.

I have injectors från a volvo, i don´t think that you can fint bigger hosemounted ones så I designed and manifactured new custom billet fuelrails so that i can use any borch injectors.

As a bonus  , my homemade catchtank with SAAB Valeo "intank" fuelpump:

Since i´m on a tight budget i even made the couplings myself! 8)

That sounds fun, are you bringing any of your turbomachines there? I´we seen your cars on your webbsite, the look ten times more wellbuilt than mine, but i guess that they did cost more than 500euros to build and wheren´t built in two month

Sell them? no i think that they are needed on my engine

I guess that you can by custom fuelrails at a speedshop, not too expensive. But you will need to modify the manifolds by welding on some tubes and machine them for the injectors to fit into.

fastback:

I looked some more your page, i expecially like the layout of the manifold-turbo-chargecooler-inlet on the new build, it looks realy clean!

Yesterday i did some more work on the scoop, and applied the vinyl.

Wouldn't it be a bit time consuming to drive to sweden everytime you want to work on your car

Now the gearbox finaly gave up, so this weekend i'm going to do a IRS conversion using a 1303s-75 as a donor

And a Lotus 7... Nice toys!!!
Addendum to Newtons first law:
zero vehicles on jackstands, square gets a fresh 090 and 1911, cabby gets a blower.
EZ3.6 Vanagon after that.(mounted, needs everything finished) then Creamsicle.

yepp, it´s my brothers. It has a 1600cc "kent" engine whith dual webers and drysump oilsystem. In a strait line it's no match for the buggy but it handles corners about 15times better! I hope that my new IRS suspension vill even that out a bit!
