?Warning light senders - where/how?

I have picked up my gauge senders for the water temp and oil pressure. I want to run a warning light in the dash for each as well. Does anyone have experience installing senders for warning lights? I have looked around for some, but don't know where to get them. Can they be bought with different values for individual applications? I have already purchased bright red LED lights to use. Thanks in advance for any help...

Different value senders for oil pressure and water temp. I guess I should have searched a little longer.

Any ideas which water temp to use? I think 275 degrees might be a little too high, but 220 degrees sounds a little low. Mazda rotaries don't like temps over 240 degrees - how about these Subies? I only have experience with the rotary motors when it comes to H2O.

Cooling the engine. It runs better with it.

Just for everyone's info...

I talked to Outback Motorsports regarding safe operating temperatures as far as the water goes. They recommended sticking with the 220 degree water temp sender. Bad things will start happening around 240 degrees, so that will give safe warning to shut her down and find out why it's not cooling better. Normal operating range for the Suby's are 170-190 degrees.
