i am looking to do a engine soon that will be as good as the one i have now it must hold up to 26lb boost and make 400+ hp and rev to 8k with out comming apart on me with 7.5:1 CR turbo efi.
i have a 2054cc right now that Jame at state side tuning made up for me back in 96 and it has 70'000 mile on it now and ithink it is time for a new engine

They are a different material and are THICK!konaturbo wrote:great motor marty, looks like the heads are ready to bolt on but what about the exhaust guides?
The reason I left them is is because of the HUGE spring pressures. Cutting them down would have left them too short to live under the spring pressure and loads placed on them. These are not ordinary guides either so they will be fine and have already been proven durable on turbo Pauter motors.
