What sprk plugs should I use in my turbo 1914. I am using a blowthrough system with intercooler. My plugs foul alot!

Sounds like you are running too rich, especially on the idle jet, as this is what causes most fouling(rich at idle).
If you have no temp issues go two steps up in plug heat range(NGK = two #'s lower) from where you are now and try that. Also check your fuel pressure.
