I didn't see any lower temps with squishies than with a flat top with my combo..

Yeah, that is true.

But.. then we still have that whole cam issue to think about. We can't really compare the two as it stands.

Man.. if I am running 300 (actually sub-300 tonight - it's 30 degrees out!) on that side, I wonder what the 1-2 side is doing.

Heh yeah. But by around, I mean staying within about 10 or less. Gotta be careful. That muffler sounds pretty loud. Sounds like a big bike engine when I rev it, but under load it is a whole different sound.
