It's on its way; you should get it in a couple of days. Use it in good health, have fun. After much research I just decided to go with Jake's DTM.

Too much of a perfectionist in me not only needs to go fast needs to look good also.

I am hoping to get my DTM soon so I can get started getting rail back together. I did get to talk to Jake last week he said I should get it in a couple of weeks. Like you I can't wait.

General, buy the fiberglass tins and gen stand if you can.

That and cutting the heater air channels off the side of the fan housing
(ala Sharpebuilt, use google) makes it a long afternoon project, and it will look better to boot.

As to the exhaust, for a near stock app, hit Pelican Parts and look at the Sebring exhaust, ot at the current "exhaust questions" thread for a pic of a similar header.

I made my sons setup... Buy the tins if you can. MUCH easier.
Addendum to Newtons first law:

EZ3.6 Vanagon after that.(mounted, needs everything finished) then Creamsicle.

Well I got the boook today. It is alot of great info. I had a question about the oil cooler exhaust pipe. If I were to route it through the firewall and install a 12 volt motor to open and close vent to the inside of the car would it heat the cab? I was going to take the hose and cut a hole in the fire wall and mount a small 12v motor so I could A./ circulate the air through the cabin or B./ circulate the air to the outside of the car via a exhaust duct.. I was thinking closed the butterfly will direct the air down out of the car and open it will pass to the cab of the car. I am taking the back seat out and will install some sort of fiberglass back their to clean up the rear.

Doesn't put out much when it's cold... except cold air.

(no oil flow until the oil gets hot, see Nextgens warmup thread)
