Engine combination questions

I am planning on building a new engine it is gonna be a 69x94
The engine goes as follows
69mm direct drilled balanced crank
cb forged rods balanced also
12.5# flywheel balanced as well
cb heads 42x37 dual valve springs
mahle 94mm pistons
1 1/2 quart sump
Dual dell 45's
1 5/8 ceramic merged header
engle fk-65 or fk-10 which do you think would be better and why please.....Im completely worried about how sparatic the idle is its not a daily driver but i would like to drive it if i want to.....thanks for all of your help.

What rockers are you using? Are the heads ported?

You mentioned the crank is drilled and balanced, but did not say whether it is counterweighted. If not, it should be. Good luck with it!
