These normally sell for $480. Um, I think I just answered my own question.

He says the part number is 029-198-075. That means they are not for a 914.

He says that they are for a 2L 914 but they're not. Maybe they're for a 2L bus.

hi
now i saw this guy selling some nice looking stuff a couple weeks ago do a search on west coast core well noby i guess had anything good to say although his feedback has obviously got better lately because of a lack of anybody here actually saying any good i left what would have been a prespective sale for a pair of new heads as i cannot get them done for that sort of price here in germany german machinists put too high a value on there own work!

id love to here some good news then i might step up to the plate but i dont think there is any! :(

Not quite the right term. Garbage doesn't pretend to be anything but what it is..........

Lol! I was thinking the same thing. Probably not a good handle to use when selling on ebay.

Response by jjmoneyhogg - shiped through ebay/paypal they calculated the amount not us
Complaint : Seller does not read my replies to the mails he sends ,so cannot do business...
Response by jjmoneyhogg - left numerous emails to pay but never paid gave to today and did not pay
Complaint : Becareful when buying from the middle man, shop around first. I wish I did.
Response by jjmoneyhogg - he found the item cheaper from a friend and leaves me neg. feedback sorry
Complaint : after adding additional charges, i receved a defective part. no email after that
Response by jjmoneyhogg - cust. never called or emailed about def. also not our part we just sell it

Be afraid, be very afraid....

Chin Sinn Pistons and Cyls from AA Products are THAT price......
True MAHLES are about $350.

I bought a set of *MAHLES* for $100 off of Ebay, from a guy that calimed to have bought
the set from JJ.....

One cyl fin was cracked, but I knew THAT in advance.....I figured THAT was why they
were one Ebay.

What I didn't know in advance was that the set was definitely *pieced* together from
bad sets as ALL the pins slid back and forth in the cyls WHILE I was unwrapping
the BOX!

I could hear ALL of the pins go CLANK in the pistons when I tilted the box!

All the pistons are unusable....I tried pins from three different sets.

But look at the bright side, I got 4 nice PINS and 4 retainers for
$100!

What a DEAL!

If the seller had told me that he had bought them from Mr HOGG, I would have never bid....
he claimed he was a novice builder and didn't know that pins were NOT supposed to be
that loose...
auction was AS IS so no return either.

CAVEAT EMPTOR!
