How high of a quality and what type of paint and would you be doing any prep work yourself and just exterior or interior as well and any assembly/disassembly required (currently has car trims and interior pieces, etc) and what shape is the car currently (rough that needs minor body work?). The list goes on......
A Pebble Beach quality using House of Colors shuld be close to the $15k range or more. House of Color materials itself is $$$$ I found that every paint shop has different prices, some will quote you $2k for a good quality while others will quote you $6k.
Most pro shops may have different grades of quality, all depends on how much effort you want them to put into your car and what type of warranty you get with it. Their top of the line quote may cover your car for 3 years from any damage, from backing up into a wall to whatever and they'll touch it up for free. While their bottom of the line is covered for only a month.
