Rust repair...

OK, I have a 64 bug and am now ready to have it prepped and painted. The body is perfect other than 3 spots. There is a small rust spot about 1" by 1/2" at the door handle level right where the door meets the body when closed. Its about 1/4" deep too. The other spots are inside where the water channels to from the roof, lower foot area by the front of the door on the inside. about a 3" by 1" HOLE on each side. I will post pics in the morning, could anyone tell me in the meantime what repairs like this would cost me to have done... Thanks.

I really don't know. Chances are there is more rust there than you see

Thats what I am worried about, I have been in every crack of that car... I doubt there could be anymore than what I know of.
