Custom Creations in the Salem Oregon area?

Has anyone heard of this place and know what kind of work they do? becuase i bought a baja bug 1698cc engine that was rebuild less than a week ago, and the engine had less than 250 miles befor the rebuild, and right now it wont start, (check offroad forum) but i think this mechanic is doin somethin cause it should not not work 100 miles after a rebuild...thanks
