I'm looking into getting a bus but was having a hard time finding a parts source. Where should I look for quality parts from a-z?
Also, I have a swing flyer tranny from KCR that is in my 66 beetle. Can I put this in a swing bus?

bus parts
in general the best sources for bus parts are Wolfsburg west and or bus boys. Bus boys deals with alot of trick and custom stuff. CIp also has a very good selection. all these places have websites as well.

The main reason you can't use that tranny w/ the stock reduction boxes is because you would have 4 REVERSE gears and 1 FWD gear!! You could have a compitent tranny builder flop the R&P and still be able to use that tranny in your bus. It's a thought. . . Otherwise you will need to do what Rick said. Good Luck!!

I don't have a bus yet. I'm in the process of putting my bug back together and then I'll look into it.
I just don't want to rush into it like I did with my bug. I got a really nice car but I could have done better. So, with what I know now I can pick out a really nice bus and actually know what I'm getting into.
I actually was just in LA and saw quite a few nice bus' for sale.
