76mm crank
I don't want anything with too much juice as I am young and if i want power i'd like to go forced induction how whould this work out?

My question would be, why 1955?
Stepping the crank up to 78 or 78.4 gets you a more common 2007 or 2016. There is lots of info available for these combos, and lots of folks w/ experience w/ them. You just don't see 1955s much.
Since building costs would be about the same, why not get the most bang for the buck?

i realy haven't started anything yet i kinda like to know my plan in its whole before i go.
the reason i'd like to go 1955 is it's different (if haveing a VW isn't different enough) i figured that the smaller crank would be pleanty strong if i went turbo and it would rev fairly quick the 78 probrbly does every thing i've said and i could copy someone else but what fun whould that be?
