FI head / Carb Head

Guys, I have just pulled apart my engine and found head cracked (3&4 cyl side).
engine is 2ltr FI bus code GE008773.
I have been offered a 2ltr head in good condition for 35 UK pounds including delivery.
Only problem is that the head is most likely to have been off a carbed engine as we don't have many FI lumps in the UK.
If it is from a carb engine, will it be any good to me? Just thinking about extra sensors and gubbins a FI engine has.
(Sorry for terminology but this is my first engine job and completely new to me)

The valves may be a different size and it may not have a place to screw in the sensor.
This is certainly the case with the 1600cc
