Ray has a lot of good insite in this world but!!!.Their is no harness for MegaSquirt. It is whatever you want to make it. While it is true that a lot of them will be using GM connectors, I have to say some are not. The MSguirt running on a Mini in the uk, is not using GM connectors. I will be using Bosch. We have a group buy for Bosch pins and connectors in the works, as well as some using AMP products.
This is a expermental EFI system, that is a spin off of the diy-efi group, which has a ford, gm and universal(non factory ecu) groups.
No Such Thing As a Free Lunch.
Their are quite a few already running, some people are having trouble with the software... Thoese that have to run ONLY Linux or a MAC or BEOS getting serial ports to work. Others have no experance in building anything from scratch.
Mega Squirt happend because too many cooks on the diy-efi groups.... Design by commitie
I want this,, he wants that... I want something else..
I have lerked around that group for years.
Even putting something together from existing systems, you will still have to overcome some of the same things..
Ask questions, see what you think you can handle and go for it...

Papa G...so there is no connector on the ECU from the Megasquirt factory? The one I saw on their web site looked like GM. Do you have to solder that connector in as well? This will be interesting to watch. A fun project either way. Ray

I have decided that the TB's in question were going to be way too troublesome, so I'm considering Stock EFI from mexico as an option. Just change the injector size and maybe up the stock TB(looks like an old 30PICT carb).... The whole kit as Beetlemex.com sales seems pretty decent for the money(Dizzy with EFI point, Electronic ignition included, the TB, injectors, etc..)
So we'll see. For now I'm running the 1776 with a pair of ICT's....
Thanks for all the replies guys....

The kit comes with PC type connectors. A 9 pin and 1 37 pin connectors like a computer uses.
