Thats cool as a cucumber....no worries as long as your sensor is under the sparkplug. If its in the fins somewhere it can be as much as 100 degrees off.

Your temps look great to me.
One thing you'll notice with a CHT gauge, is they read REALLY fast. I could get mine to 300 cruising the highway, but if I were to floor it up an onramp, it would be close to 350 by the time I was into 4th gear. Go back to cruise, and it dropped back down to 300.
I'm told 425 is the very limit of how hot you want them to get. Mine never got over 350, so I never worried about it.
