anyone know how to adjust has two screws on the side need a base to start

find your carb and read. ask again if a bum steer

The complete tune-up procedure for both the single adjusting screw Solex's (28 and 30 series), and the two adjusting screw Solex's (30/31 and 34 series)are on my site (below).
