Hello, I am planning to do a efi conversion on my stock 1600 in the future and am still just trying to figure things out. Iam going to be using speeduino with the cb cranktigger and wasted spark at first then later add injection. Still not sure if I want to use the mex system or the cb end castings and some other TB.
Anyway I was wondering where the o2 should go? I currently have the stock exaust but it needs replaced. I read that the stock doesn't work well with a o2. I was thinking of using a 2 tip gt exaust because it's merged into the exaust. Would right in the middle where the exaust merge be the best place for it and does it matter what angle you put it at? Also might be a dumb question but do you have to have an o2 sensor? I assume you do.
