Hi, i bought a 914 5 speed tranny , to install in my 1963 vw beetle , then i found this tranny dont work, because my car is swing axle and the tranny is IRS , do someone has an idea what can i do to have a 5 gear in my car .

Convert the chassis to IRS?
Not a simple task but there are brackets available. However they need very accurate placement & welding.

You will also need to flip the diff or you will have one forward speed and 5 reverses...
There is a conversion nosecone to keep the shift rod (but below the car) I would personally set up a cable shifter setup from a Honda or such rather than spending $$$$ on the bug@5speed conversion. There are DIY examples on the web.
The IRS conversion simply needs a competent shop to do it. (preferably has done it many times before)

Addendum to Newtons first law:
zero vehicles on jackstands, square gets a fresh 090 and 1911, cabby gets a blower.
EZ3.6 Vanagon after that.(mounted, needs everything finished) then Creamsicle.
