Hello,
I am looking for front and rear window seals for a vw 411 sedan. And as everyone knows, these are no longer available. Now I heard that west coast metric sells these, new, made in usa.
Does anyone know what the quality of these seals is and if the fit is good, who has experience with this?
greetings JP

Re: VW 411 window seals
I'm not certain about 411/412 seals, so my testimony my be of limited use, but I JUST installed new quarter window seals in my '74 Super from WCM. They were of good quality. Admittedly, I've used seals from WCM many times, and like their quality.
I believe they're worth a try, especially considering your options a limited.

Re: VW 411 window seals
Check out this Samba thread. There i a member who got withWest Coast Metric last year to make up type 4 specific seals based on type 3 profile (which is close enough to work well). He said they did a great job and they re available.
Not far off I will either contact them to do quarter windows for my two door 412 (which are large) or I will order type 3 profile and make my own from them. Ray
