Weird the bar scale continues to move but the digital number is fixed.
The module may output 0-1V or 0-5V & there is a setting in tuner-studio that has to match or the figures are wrong

I noticed the bar graph moving today. I have the 14point7 with the custom calibration numbers in it. I dug the old MegaStim out and it worked properly with it. My current idea is to use the potentiometer from the megastim and jumper it to the relay box. I'll try that tomorrow.

Bar didn’t look consistent with the number at all. Moved to right when number reduced but then did the same when the number increased.
MAP reading also seemed a bit odd.

The MAP reading is due to ITB's. I used a AA batery and got a reading of 13.2, then 16.4 with two batteies. When I pulled the sensor to hit it with butane, it only dropped to 13.5. I believe it may be bad from the factory.

You are using the green wire as signal from the O2 module? Not the brown / blue.
Also both black & white wires are grounded?

Green wire is signal, black and white are ground. I have the LED on the blue wire and it works properly. I tried the butane test with a pressurized can for refilling lighters when I got 13.5, but when I tried butane from a lighter, 19.5 never moved. I bought this through a vendor and not 14point7, I sent an email and am waiting for a response.

Yes that matches the docs. I wondered if you were getting the simulated narrow band signal (brown wire) which would be an easy fix. Unfortunately not.

Turns out the replacement O2 sensor was bad from the factory. Now I have a spare controller too.

Re: Planning my MS
Was it a faulty sensor or possibly the sensor settings in the Spartan3 Lite? I see on 14point7's site that if one is ordered from them with a sensor, it will ship configured for that sensor; LSU 4.9 or LSU ADV. If it is purchased without a sensor it will ship configured for the LSU 4.9.

It was the sensor. 4.9 replacing a 4.9.

Something I’ve been chasing for a while is a bucking at 2000 rpm, it’s right at the transition in timing and AFR. Noticed this yesterday.
