If you add some additional information to your search such as 'lug nuts' you will not get the medical related information. You can also use Febi Bilstein and the number. I found the exact wheel nuts at Pelican Parts #46610 (Febi Bilstein #) for $2.75 with additional shipping. That number that began with 012 refers to a package number of 20 nuts. The difference in cost between Pelican Parts and Amazon is $11 plus additional shipping, and that cost may be different depending on where you reside.

You can also find them on Amazon URL (doesn't work here)

I converted my 1972 Super Beetle to studs and nuts. I also cleaned the threaded holes in the hubs with paint thinner until the cloth or paper towel came out clean. Then I used a bit of red loctite 277 when I tightened the studs into the hubs. Cleaning the threads ensures they will not back out of the hole. With no contamination in the threads the Loctite with harden between the threads. If you want to remove them in the future simply heat the stud and hub with a propane torch until you begin to see some smoke coming out and smell the overheated or burning Loctite, then remove the stud, though it will be hard to start the removal. You don't have to overheat anything. I had to remove the studs when I changed the front discs to new ones. My Super has factory ATE disc brakes on the front. My car was built for the German market and came to the US in 2015. It had been in covered storage in Germany for about 40 years, so it has very low mileage.

If you are looking on Amazon use this for the search: 'DPAccessories Open End Ball Seat Lug Nuts for 1980-1989 Porsche Factory OE Wheels - Set of 16 LOR2B8CZOGD05016' . I tried putting the URL in the previous post but it couldn't be found, though I used it to get the search term from the item listing. Go figure.
The Febi Bilstein nuts are a grade 8 according to the information on the Febi Bilstein website.
