At least (whether one likes it or not) the Single Port is a good engine for the buggy. I have learned over the years, to prefer a single port over the cracked heads on the Dual Ports... I don't have a count on how many of those damn things I've tossed and replaced over cracks between valves etc... Single Port heads, I've probably only tossed a couple of heads since 1985.
