The K03 turbo is a standard turbo on a 2.0L VW and I think the Audi also. You should be able to go to any VW dealer and get a gasket. That will give you a pattern to cut one out of a chunk of 3/8th steel.
A 4 inch grinder with cutting wheel, a drill press, a hole saw bit and a little time is all it takes to make a flange. I've made a couple for my WRX turbo. It didn't take too much.

I second the use of a TD04. I've been running one like that shown in the Ebay link for almost 2 years on my 1600cc. Very good response, part throttle boost, and is good for at least 200HP. On top of that, they are very easy to find!!!
