Blow out feels like a miss/stutter plug color will be good.
It’s not an advance or retard item with timing.
It’s a quicker thing to check / tighten up and take it for a spin.

Schweg, Madmike,bugguy other tuners.
Dropped the the plug gap from 28 to 20, using BP8ES plugs. that has helped massively but created another type of slight low boost back fire, dropped it to 18 ,then it was worse, upped it to 22 now its fine.
Increased boost by adjusting the bleed valve. I'm at 1.3 bar now.
I did have to increase the main to a 160
The 160 main caused a 4th gear rich bucking WHILE in low speed cruising mode
My air is a 160 with a 0.8 stainless wire effectively making it a 0.8 air jet.
I removed the wire ,so back to 160 air. The rich bucking has nearly gone So maybe a 170 air is the 1 to have.
I also set initial timing at 10 and further limited the total advance
Lowered the water meth start time too, it starts at 5psi now.
I've not finished increasing boost let . So the main might have to go bigger and number 3 PLUG is a lighter color than 1...2... and 4 cylinder so I might up that jet size higher than the other 3 jets.
Its Cooler here today which is also helping it, so the hot weather is obviously affecting it too.

Sounds like your getting close! I am surprised how touchy the plug gap is, but every engine is different.

Filter is fine Mike.
I upped the main and the air a few steps and the motor had a paddy again. It seems to only like 1 combo of jets. I went back to a 150 main and 160 air, think I will leave it there for now and just drive it .
