Needs fine tuning and fixing an oilspill.

Two steps back... I had a couple of valves leaking and the guides were not as good as I thought.
So I bought at set of amc heads with the large valves... Same as the 1800 heads, and a cc of 55, so the cr dropped a bit.. Which is great for the bus engine.
The heads need some love before they can be boltet on. The castings Are pretty rough compaired to the original.....
So No driving just yet, but hopefully a better and more reliable engine

Ok so long time since I got this running.
It runs ok, but is very noisy..
I am down to believing that it is the camshaft that "drops" the valves to fast?
I did the swivelfeet and solid spacers, rund an 123 ignition and 40webers and python 42mm .

I think this should link to a clip of the noise? ( first time uploading to youtube, so maybe it doesnt work)

That looks very nice. Did you have to straighten the fiberglass at all? My friend's westy's top has warped a bit over the windshield.

Well it could fit better over the right side of the windshield, but it is in the "ok" range I think.
