bus holiday ?

i'm trying to decide where to go for a little vacation later this year/early next with my 72 westy . any ideas ? i live close to wash. d.c and i want to go somewhere warm in the winter . i thought about buses by the bridge in AZ . anyone been to or thinking about going ?........jeff

Yep,
It's nice and warm there. Some people have even been known to go swimming there, but that may take a certain amount of anti-freeze. I wouldn't call it warm enough to swim, but you won't get much warmer in the US.

Being an Arizonan - I think it's safe to say that - yes - it's WARMER here in Az in the Winter than back east - quite a bit. Our lows are 30 or so at night in the deserts and sometimes even get to the 70's during the day - although 63 is more like it. Our winter joke here is that - "our lows are your highs."

If you go thru the mountains of AZ be prepared for weather just like back east - snow and cold weather (Flagstaff area - as well as Showlow and Pinetop/Lakeside). Best bets are the deserts tho.

sounds cool , anyone with other ideas/ places to go ? key west, las vegas and n.cal were my last vacations. drove to k.w flew the other two times . anybody plan on seeing [the other ones] tour ? it is supossed to start near me in roanoke VA nov. 14th ,WASH. D.C the next night , much closer to me but i want to see both shows . .......jeff
