Yes. I am also looking for such multi-pole ground plate, I have read that VW Golf had them.
But please note, for Megasquirt the sensor ground shall be taken from the ECU. It gives better accuracy and immunity to disturbance (EMC, EMI), for example from ignition coil signal.
That will work, vw golfs and even earlier cars has ground clusters like that...
But i strongly encourage avoiding spade connectors for anything ... really anything other than connecting to relays and such in an absolutely dry application, and even then only use good quality crimps and proper crimpers, and lube them with something like break-free or even better the stuff that many air forces and aircraft manufacturers require these days... the stuff the usaf prefers is ~$80 a can but the smelly stuff the navy uses works just as well for ~$12 a can
(info on this seems harder to find now that Molex bought the manufacturer of the former)
crimped on loops on well prepared ground studs, smothered in correct goo is about as good as it gets.
I built some hid projector headlamps and installed them last wee, kudos to Hella and Morimoto for fine parts to work with.
The only problem was, with the original wiring harness providing power, even doubled up, only one light would reliably light up the 35-50w ballasts and 50w bulbs.
Once I installed the relay harness, fed off a fuse panel in the frunk by 4ga from the battery, everything worked great.
Never underestimate the weirdness crappy grounds, power and even old wiring can cause.

Addendum to Newtons first law:
zero vehicles on jackstands, square gets a fresh 090 and 1911, cabby gets a blower.
EZ3.6 Vanagon after that.(mounted, needs everything finished) then Creamsicle.
I use some spade connectors for ground but they are under the hood and in a dry place.
My fuse box has some there but I only use them for small stuff.
I use the #6 or #8 terminal strips with jumpers if I need more connections.
Everything is connected to a #8 ground wire that goes back to the battery and frame.

The links to the electrical connector corossion-proofing stuff were harder to find this time, but here's what we all probably want:
Zip Chem - Cor-Ban D-5026NS, is reasonably priced and effective, about the same price as a pint pump spray bottle of Break-Free, ~$14ish.
There are various versions of this stuff with many uses...
I'd post a link but it would be dead rsn, so name and part# is best imho.
This is used as a general purpose corrosion preventative at sea as well...think about that.

VW Vanagon has 2 of the ground "flowers" (terminal strip) under dash between steering column and drivers door...
I have had excellent results with Dielectric Grease, YEAH everyone will scream its a insulator (grease), yet it keeps moisture and oxygen out of connection and there for prevents corrosion, THE SECRET is good mechanical connection (crimps and tension (pushons)) in connectors.... AND QUALITY connectors/terminals... Buy name brand from wholesale suppliers and stay away from chineseisum made available at FLAPS
The secret of grounding is ALL grounds from every component in EFI system terminate on ONE single ground point preferably connected directly to battery...
