Been a while, time flies and not much has happened to the bus - hey, it works pretty good.
Nonetheless, I'm still gathering parts and knowledge to do the EFI conversion.
One thing that's been on my mind lately: what do people choose when it comes to EFI friendly camshaft? Is there a model that's recommended? Is there data out there to see if the one I have could be kept?
Thanks!

What efi? The beauty of efi is that you can pretty much tune around anything. I've run monster cams that have an extremely weak vacuum signal, and can drive around just fine because computer doesn't have to look at vacuum if i don't want it too. I use throttle position for around town driving and MAP once manifold pressure goes positive. Works really well.
Basically my advice is design the engine combo you want, then pick the efi that can tune it.

That makes sense actually!
I bought a Megasquirt MS2 v3.57 last year, second hand never installed. I also got Mexico hardware later last year too. Crank trigger kit from Mario. Things that are still missing are the fuel pump and a buffer tank, actual injectors and most of the elements of the fuel circuit.
I'm also lacking time.
