I had another batch of trigger wheels made. This time I narrowed up the teeth just a tick so timing would be more consistent during cranking and very low RPM.

I can get most aftermarket pulleys machined for $40 with set screws as a 3rd precaution if there is enough material on your pulley.

This is a Serpentine pulley I just had done.

i have an under-drive saco pully on my type 4 motor. im assumming they wont work on it correct?

Correct, Your pulley needs to be at least 6.75" OD for these to work.

Hi. Without me traveling to the work shop to check, anyone no the size of the type 4 CSP bottom pulley.

175mm for the vertical cooling conversion (type 1). There is also a pulley for Porsche cooling which is 140mm.
