It won't accept my Photobucket links anymore....it says " can't confirm image size" in red and won't post them.
It gives the link if I screw around a bit by copy and pasting but it don't work like it used to.....
Something must not have worked in the upgrade or move STF just did the other day.

Re: Turbo EFI end pieces. OEM or CB
surely it depends where they seal?
is the O ring designed to seal AROUND the bore, or to be PRESSED onto the seat?
my manifolds (not CB) don't have a seat so guessing the O ring will seal AROUND the bore.... like an O ring is designed to do. yet my GSXR ITBs are square O rings and designed to be pressed onto a step.....

This is the first time I’ve been able to log in since posting.
Anyway the o ring like all ev1 injectors seats around the bore to seal.
The entry that had nothing to do with sealing is too deep to allow the injector o ring to reach its bore. No big deal an end mill will cure that.

What said here is probably true but its not quite that simple as there are a lot of other features in the picture that come into play. (e.g., https://www.bing.com/search?q=design+pr ... 5ceed43557)

Don’t overthink this.
Now the injectors and o rings are able to seat as they should.
This was an injector body issue not an o ring one
