rust on the floor boards

i have some rust on the floor boards of my 73 bus...especially under my sliding door. how hard is it to remove this and add new pieces?

How bad is the rust? I am trying a POS15 rust sealer in a couple weaks on the rust on myu floor board. Check out this rust fix at
